The original FARO quick release for Focus S scanners connects flush to the scanner base plate via a hook mechanism. The complementary part mounts on the tripod. This makes installing and removing the scanner in the field easy and convenient.

The adapter is compatible with the original quick release adapter for FARO S scanners. You can use FARO S scanners with the same tripod via the quick release.

Intended use

  • To quickly and frequently install and remove the scanner in different locations.
