Laser Scanners are typically capable of operating at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 40°C (4°F to 104°F).
Thermal covers allow you to use your scanner in temperatures between 40°C and 55°C (104°F to 131°F) and in direct sunlight.
The coverage includes:
- IR radiation shielding
- High performance thermal insulation to prevent excessive heat intrusion
- latent heat absorption to remove excess heat from the device
